I have sony Vaio desk top windows XP I was checking emails sudden pop up messegs says Application Error (application failed to
initialize properly 0x0coooooo5) and since then my screen blank nothing working I can see only my mouse nothing else not desktop icons even dosn't shut
down I have to disconect the main power cable.and i turn On back I recive that massage agan and just I can see my mouse nothing else.
any one can help me please ? |

You might want to give a bit more information.
What model Vaio? Checking email how? with what program? Have you booted up in safe mode? Did you do anything before this started happening? If you disconnect the network cable and boot up the computer does it work ok. You've said "my computer is broken" and given no one any idea how it's broken, other then most likely you got a BSOD. We'd love to be psychic and understand what you're trying to say, but you need to actually tell us. Diane |
