SonicStage and Memory Sticks |

I have a Sony LX2 and it has a Memory Stick slot on the front... However, SonicStage doesn't seem to let me put my music onto the Stick!
I'm guessing I need a plug-in. As that's what I need on my C1 with OMGJukebox Does anyone have it? Julian |

Julian,
You can only use Magi-Gate Memory sticks with OpenMG or Sonic Stage. MagiGate are white in color. Regards, Kodiak |

What machine are you using?
If you wanna use an MG memory stick, make sure it's an MG slot! |

Sony Desktop RX755 - using the memory stick slot on the pc.
Pc recognizes the external media Sonic Stage does not. |

The following link has some information about SonicStage and memory Sticks which I am sure you will find useful. On page 46 it says you have to use MG Memory Sticks only for ATRAC3 files, you can use regular memory Sticks for MP3 files. I have never used Memory Sticks, so this is all academic to me.

I am having the same problem as you are. SonicStage Doesnt recognize you as having the option to transfer songs directly to your MG stick because there is no icon for memory stick in the main menu of Sonic Stage. If you have figured out how it can be done than please e-mail me at briane51@cox.net. I have talked to Sony techs and they say you need to have sonic stage premier which is only on the Vaio MX Series and cant be sold separately. I hope you can help me.
