No reason why someone who really likes their VAIO having a VAIO centric picture as their wallpaper. Personally I have a completely black desktop with only the recycle bin on it. Very tidy. Or at least I DID... till I had enough already and now have a black background with a really cool aquatic flatworm down the middle (it's white, with pink and orange fringe ). I understand your neatness thingy. My hubby has so much stuff on his desktop, I don't see how he finds ANYthing (and I'm not allowed to move anything --- thank goodness for the 'search' function). And I've seen the laptops of some of his colleagues that make HIS look great . It's the primary depository for all their data files and powerpoint presentations - solid icons LOL. Don't know how they find a damn thing. Just didn't understand the advert thing ... but then, I never wore logo-wear either NLE

How ever it came from the factory is the way it still is. It really doesn't matter because I only see a glimpse of it now and then. 1. I power it up. 2. I use it. 3. I power it down. Hylton mentioned the sun ...back when Sony had 'dynamic' wallpaper that ran a little javascript in active desktop to make the sun rise and set.... The wallpaper my late brother had had a background of mountains or hills, sort of cartoonish, but stayed the same except that the clouds went by from W to E and the sun came up and went across the sky in real time, then sunset, then the moon came up and also went across the sky in real time.... I've done searches for real time, mountains, sun, sun and moon, vaio, animated, you name it... but I posted to Hylton because he mentioned the sun rising and setting Have you seen the wallpaper or active desktip that I'm describing?
