Friends,
I own PCG-F390 sony vaio, this model is from year 2000 and it originally came with Win98SE, I recently upgraded my laptop to WinXP, now Sony does not have drivers for this model for WinXp operating system, they provide at most updates for win2kpro. Most of my laptop functionality is intact after upgrade except for a few:
1. Hotkey utility does not work, I know for sure that PCG-F520 onwards Sony provides WinXP drivers and updates. When I installed the Hotkey utility for this model, it did not work? Do I need an updated BIOS for it to work?
2. I have a lots of software installed and lots of data stored on my laptop, I dont want to lose it is there a way to install the new updated BIOS available for WinXP of a more recent model on my laptop?
3. I can set my laptop to standby when i press the poweroff button it gives me an rror saying that Windows 101/102 Keyboard does not support this...any clue why this is happening

Friends any help in this regard will be helpful
