			<description><![CDATA[ Alright, i have a vaio laptop....not quite sure which one anymore i&#39;ve had it for a while.... But i&#39;m unable to install any version of windows.  It
can&#39;t find a hard drive....I&#39;m assuming it&#39;s a new enough laptop that it has a sata hard drive, and if i remember correctly, windows doesn&#39;t
package those drivers on the disk.   I tryed adding the drivers via a thumbdrive and by using a usb floppy drive.....Nothing seems to be working.  Anyone have
any suggestions?

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi folks, I recently installed Win7 Build 7000 on my RC210G Desktop and FE890 Laptop. With the Vista Upgrade Companion DVD from Sony, I was able to install
most of the original content of the computer. However, my volume buttons on the keyboard doesn&#39;t work properly, VAIO Event service, despite I installed in
Vista compatibility mode, doesn&#39;t respond. If you guys out there have given Win7 a try and got this working, let me know.

We both noticed the other day that instead of it saying that we have Media Center 2005 like it used to it now says that we have Media Center 2002. Now this is after the update that made screen savers start working again after the long existance of them not working with the ehtray issue that drove us both nuts. Has anyone else noticed this? 			<description><![CDATA[ I've got a VGN-C13G<br><br>Recently I was messing with linux and screwed up my master hdd. All the partitions were gone (mybad). So recovery from CD will be impossible. Infact I don't even have the recovery CDs as I wasn't quite aware of the feature when I got the notebook. Anyways I opted to install a clean XP Home Edition. Now I've noticed a few differences. I'm currently using a RZ24G that's still going strong but with a nearly full &quot;C&quot; drive and plenty of room on the D drive, but that's another subject.<br>I've been looking at Media Center machines with a TV tuner and PVR.
