For some strange reason, the SHIFT key on my GR370 has stopped working totally. It happened suddenly when I was in Windows. I tried using the emergency disk to boot to DOS to see if the problem was restricted to Windows - turns out it isn't. The SHIFT key just doesn't work anymore. Any ideas?

I am using Sonic Stage 1.1 on a Vaio Notebook GRX 520, Windows XP SR 1. The error occurred before installing SR 1

When Starting Sonic Stage it pops up with 'Cannot find the database file, or the database file is corrupt'
'OK' to 'recover the database' does not help.

Is there any chance to recover/repair the database?
Is it known where this database file is located?
