I have a Sony Viao AW. I has a built in microphone that i want to unplug. The problem is that when using soft were to record/screen capture something from the PC it also records sound from me, ie the dogs barking next door. If i disable the microphone then it records not sound, but I want to record the sound from the video playing on my PC. So I was thinking if I "unpluded" it the I would be ok.

I have a VGC-RA840G running MS Media Centre 2005. The PC has both front and rear composite inputs for video, sound (left and right).

I have tried to use Click to DVD but it does not show me an analog option (even though the help files show one) available.

Can anyone help? The PC doesn't have gigapocket.

I used Click to DVD when I had a company Viao and hooked it up to create DVDs from MPEG files created via my Sony 201e DVD camcorder. This camcorder comes bundled with Pixela, an editing suite which is limited but did the job. I then used Click to DVD, rather than Pixela, to pick up the MPEGs and burn the DVD. Pixela's DVD creating facility is very limited indeed.

I have a Vaio VGC RC110G the only problem I am having with it is...when I use a microphone for any purpose I have this buzzing sound that comes back in recordings or if I am chatting with someone on line.

I know it isn't the mother board or the modem. Has anyone had this problem before? Or can anyone suggest something to fix it.

I have tried like 3 different microphones and all do it.
